120,122,124 Lillington Street SW1

120, 122, and 124 Lillington Street SW1 were demolished by a high explosive bomb, which fell on 8 March 1941 at 9.10 pm. This incident resulted in three ambulance cases, taken away by vehicles from the Dolphin Square Depot. Additionally, the damage trapped four people, who were eventually released. The bomb caused some superficial damage to the surrounding buildings. According to the ARP incident report, Lillington Street was partially blocked by debris.
